dee richy ,if yah dont know get ta know. im a 16 year old mc form airdrie near glasgow. love hip hop,or what hip hop used to be, new hip hop has let me down recently. so basicaly im a rapper, thats just started so listen out for the name in the near future.

aye, a love to write lyrics, and battling is fun but most of my mates dont like rap music or try to rap, so come on and click on teh battle thread an get a wee bit of banter and fun. i found the site by typing scottish hip hop into google, listened to the likes of werd, deeko, loki, respek ba and the rest of the being before i was on this site and thought id try to expand my knowledge of scottish hip hop, and this site has widened it alot. now listen to lots of different rappers id never heard of before this site that are extremley dope, such as nity gritz and madhat, both amaisin. so its benefited me by keeping me up with scottish hip hop.

YOUR NOW STARTING TO RECORD, HOW ARE YOU FINDING THIS PROCESS AND DO YOU HAVE ANY PLANS OTHER THAN SOUNDCLOUD?

recording is great, ive got a great beat maker and he helps me alot in the studio. its loads of fun. have a laugh and that, hes kinda like me a bit of a perfectionist so its good, and we both really enjoy makin music, hes a great musician on instruments, and has tried his hand at makin beats for me and has done a great job. yeah more future plans, hoping to record loads more tracks and get a mixtape on the go, ive picked out a name for it already, im sad that way.

its in my school so, its pretty tight man. its got a mixer in one room with good equipment, programmes and instruments, in the other its got the mic and head phones in a sound proof room. i dont really touch anything except the mic and heapphones though, haha.
